by means of a clear statement ( such as a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail ) of your decision
to cancel this contract. For this purpose you may use the attached model form of contract
cancelation, which, however, is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancelation period, you just need to send a notice about exercising
your right to cancel contract before the expiration of 14 days.

Consequences of cancelation

If you have cancel this contract, we must return all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs ( if the item has not yet been shipped ), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date we have received your notice of this contract cancelation. For a return transaction, we will use the same means of payment that you have used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged a return transaction fee. In the event that the goods have already been dispatched to the buyer, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed as they reflect the seller's business losses. We may refuse payment until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you sent the goods back, whichever comes first. You must mail back or hand over the goods to us in person immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you have informed us of this contract cancelation. The deadline is considered met if you send the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day deadline. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item. You must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss of value, through verification of the nature, properties and functionality of the goods, is associated with mishandling.
