§ 1. General provisions

(1) These terms and conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services of the company - ABC-World e.U., Friedenstraße 7, 22089 Hamburg, Deutschland, ( hereinafter: "Seller") as in relation to the online shop www.abc-world.eu

Seller owns all rights to the business concept, manages his own production, logistics and shipments processes, uses the online shop www.abc-world.eu to sell its products offered to the end consumers and entrepreneurs with quantity discounts under B2B, taxable in the Federal Republic of Germany.

These conditions are basic for all business transactions between seller and all the buyers. Changes to the terms and conditions made by the buyers shall not apply, unless the seller has confirmed this in writing. Individual agreements between the seller and the buyer always have a priority.

(2) The business relationship between the seller and the buyer is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. With regard to consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar, as the protection through mandatory provisions of the law of the state of which the consumer is resident, is not revoked. UN procurement law is excluded.

(3) The language of the seller's contract is German.

(4) The place of jurisdiction of the seller is Hamburg, Germany.

(5) Buyers have the option of using alternative dispute resolution. (6) Goods are sold and shipped to the countries all over the world.

§ 2 Content of the contract and conclusion of the contract

(1) The seller offers new products for purchase in the online shop www.abc-world.eu, in particular , self-adhesive stickers for PC keyboards in 44 languages, in 22 colors, in 8 sizes , which are produced individually by customers orders using high-tech processes of UV-LED-printing in the Federal Republic of Germany.

(2) In online shop, as soon as the customer with an item in their “basket” clicks on the button “ buy now”, they declare that they agree with the validity of these general terms and conditions.

(3) The contract shall be considered concluded when the = order confirmation =, after the payment for the goods, is automatically sent by email to the buyer, which includes the number of the order, the name of the item, quantity of items, the total cost and payment confirmation for the goods through PayPal or bank credit card.

(4) Wholesale B2B customers also have the option to request a specific item by phone, email, fax or letter. After receiving such a request, the customer will receive a corresponding offer by e-mail, letter or fax. The contract is considered concluded only if the customer accepts this offer in writing and has made an advance payment for the goods ordered by him by any means of payment.

(5) Contracts with end users / customers are not considered concluded, unless the goods are paid or fully paid by PayPal pre-payment or bank credit card transfer within the PayPal service during the order process.

§ 3 prices, shipping charges, sales tax and payment

(1) All seller's prices are indicated in euros.

For the orders in the online shop www.abc-world.eu, the prices indicated there shall apply. The seller uses small business legislation in accordance with § 19 UStG and therefore does not indicate sales tax (VAT) in the price of the goods, unless otherwise stipulated by the law. All prices are final and exclude shipping charges.

(2) The price of the item does not include the fixed shipping cost.

(2.1) The shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the goods, as well as desirable place of destination.

(2.3) The shipping cost for B2B- transactions depends on the factors specified in paragraph (2.1).

(3) Goods are sent by „Deutsche Post DHL“ all around the world from Hamburg immediately upon receipt of payment.

(4) Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made to the address provided by the purchaser. If delivery to the customer is not possible due to the fact that the buyer can not be found at the specified delivery address, although the delivery time was announced to the buyer in the suitable period, the customer must pay for the failed delivery.

(5) At the end of online order registration, goods are paid by PayPal or by credit card. For this payment method a free for buyer PayPal-account is required, which buyer can open within several minutes at https://www.paypal.com/, if he has not already have it.

§ 4 Property right retention

Goods remain in the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

§ 5 right to cancel the contract / goods return warranty

(1) All customers have the right to withdraw this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date when the buyer or a third party designated by him, other than the shipping agent, took possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the purchaser must inform ABC-World e.U., Friedenstraße 7, 22089 Hamburg, Deutschland, by sending a clear statement to the email address: customer@abc-world.eu of his decision to cancel this contract. The buyer may use the attached form of sample withdrawal, (which he received with the order confirmation e-mail), but this pattern is not obligatory. Free-form notification by the buyer of the cancellation of the contract must contain his name, his customer number – where available, the order number, order date, the name and quantity of the goods. To meet the cancellation deadline, the buyer only needs to send a notice of exercise of the cancelling right before the expiration of 14 days.

(2) Consequences of the cancelation. If the buyer cancels the contract, the seller shall immediately, and not later than 14 days from the date of receipt of contract cancellation notice, return to him all payments including the cost of delivery (if the goods have not yet been sent by mail), which he received from him. The chargeback will be made using the same means of payment that the buyer used in the original payment transaction, unless otherwise specifically agreed with the buyer. In no event will the buyer be charged a commission for this chargeback. The seller may refuse to pay as long as he does not get the goods back, or until the buyer fails to provide evidence that he sent back the goods, depending on whether that will happen first. The buyer must immediately return or personally hand over the goods, and in any event shall make this no later than fourteen days from the date when he informed the seller of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is considered met if the goods are dispatched before the expiration of the fourteen days.

If the goods have already been dispatched, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed, as they show the seller's financial loss.

The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. He must pay for any loss of value of the goods only if this loss of value, according to the check of the condition, properties and functionality of the goods, is associated with improper handling.

(3) Warranty period.

Our self-adhesive stickers for PC keyboards are UV- radiation, water and scratches resistant, as well as towards all detergents and disinfectants designed for plastics, which are produced in present. We hereby give a five-year warranty on all our products.

§ 6 Responsibility

ABC-World e.U. is responsible for all their claims for compensation the damages caused and reimburses the damages caused within the contract or within the warranty for the goods only in case of proven claims by the buyer or his representatives.

„Deutsche Post DHL“ is responsible for insured delivery of the goods with tracking number. If the buyer selected by his will uninsured delivery of the goods, without tracking number, he can not present any insurance claims to the seller or to „Deutsche Post DHL“. But in this case, if damage or loss of the goods occurs during transportation (if the goods were paid for through PayPal payment system), the damage can be compensated by the PayPal insurance which is free of charge for the buyer.

§ 7 Claims for defects

Claims for defects are only acceptable if the buyer informs the seller about them by e-mail within three days upon the receipt of the goods. A defect report must contain the name of the seller, his customer number - if any, order number, date of order, name and quantity of goods, description and photograph of the defect. Also, the date of delivery of the goods shall be confirmed by the purchaser with scanned document.

§ 8 Customer account

An order on www.abc-world.eu can be made from a guest account or a by a customer with an existing account. A new account is created automatically on the first order. In the case of subsequent orders, the customer's personal data is identified using his email address and password, and processed using the existing account.

The account is protected by a password created by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account and password, as well as for limiting access to his computer and mobile devices, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, he agrees to be responsible for all actions that occur using his account or password. He must take all necessary steps to ensure that his password is kept secret and secure, and he must immediately inform the seller if he has any cause for concern that a third party has access to his password or that the password is being used without authorization, or it is likely ... He is responsible for ensuring that his account details and any subsequent changes thereof are guaranteed to be correct and complete.
